Abortion refers to the intentional removal of the fetus from it mother’s womb before its birth, that is, before the end of the expected period of the pregnancy which is nine months. The intentional abortion is well known as the induced abortion or in other words as induced miscarriage. Certain abortion refers to the case where abortion is inevitable. Sometimes abortion is unavoidable, like in the case where the pregnancy affects the health of the mother, the case where it is a policy of the governments, social reasons if the pregnancy may be accompanied by poor quality of life like genetic defects.in another case, abortion may be misused like in the case where people are not ready to take responsibilities. I am writing about certain Abortion should be l will strongly support that certain abortion should be legal only if it is necessary and inevitable. Firstly, certain abortion where the life of the mother is at stake is inevitable, in the case where the pregnancy is the ectopic pregnancy. This kind of a pregnancy may lead to the death of the mother since the embryo attaches itself at the oviduct. This kind of pregnancy is highly discouraged and the immediate action is to get rid of it before it even develops into a fetus. In another case where the life of the mother may be at risk is the case where the pregnancy may threaten the health of the mother, for example, the rise in the blood pressure. I argue that a mother can always give birth to another child but the chance of a child serving in the case where mother scums in the giving birth process are minimal. Secondly, abortion as a result of selfish reason like the case where the pregnancy was unplanned. Some people may take advantage of the case where abortion was made a legal right. This would go against the human ethics which regard abortion as kill an innocent child who has no say over the case. Such kind of abortion for selfish reasons may result in the death of the mother if not handled properly by following the correct methods of abortion. In addition, if abortion is done repeatedly it may course complication to the mother and at some time lead to her death. Thirdly, another reason why I support certain abortion is like for the case where the government wants to control the population in the state by developing policies. In this case, abortion is necessary in order to be able to manage the population and the available resources. In order to avoid certain abortion as a result of the government policies, the government should provide basic education or knowledge on the need to us the contraceptive as a way of birth control as well as supplying the contraceptive to the needy. In conclusion, certain abortion should be should be allowed only in the inevitable circumstances like, the case where the pregnancy affect the health of the mother and might cause her death, the case where the government wants to control the population in the state by developing policies and should ban abortion as a result of selfish reason like the case where the pregnancy was.

Question: Discuss how you use this method in your daily life, providing specific examples? Answer: Scientific method while thought to be a domain of exclusively scientific research in fact pervasive in various tasks we achieve in our everyday life. One of the examples in which scientific method can be applied in everyday life is preparation of a particular food dish from the recipe. Hence the objective is to prepare the food dish while we have a standard model in the form of the recipe. We try combination of different ingredients as data and thus evaluate the results obtained by tasting the dish prepared. Further on the basis of the taste (result) of the dish, the recipe may be altered till the goal of preparing the food dish is achieved. Similarly consider another common life situation where a persons objective is to write an article on a particular topic. First the person concerned researches on the internet about the topic so as to gain through knowledge, a process commonly known as literature review. Further based on the literature review a rough draft of the article may be pr epared which serves as the model which would enable the completion of the goal. The draft is self evaluated and responses are sought from friends and experts. These responses serve as data and are aimed towards the fine tuning of the model or the draft. This happens through continuous evaluation of the responses (data) and based on the feedback making changes in the draft which serves as the model. Macbeth And Power The struggle for power and control in Shakespear's Macbeth is evident from the beginning as Macbeth strives to be crowned by chance and Lady Macbeth prefers a slightly quicker more violent approach. Macbeth begins the play with no power but with a small amount of the control, hence Lady Macbeth had the power and most of the control. As they silently battle for control over their household and their future Macbeth kills in order for them to advance in social standing. It was Lady Macbeth's desire for control over her husband that set him on his course of destruction and murder. Shakespeare portrays Lady Macbeth as a ruthless, overpowering woman who dominates her husband and his actions. Lady Macbeth makes Macbeth's do what she determines to be best for him by lowering his self-esteem so that he must do what she requests in order for him to gain his self-respect back. She says such things as, "When you durst do it, then you [will be] a man" (1.7.49). It is Lady Macbeth who comes up with the plan to kill Duncan, because she knows that Macbeth would never commit such an act on his own without her pushing him to because Macbeth's nature "is too full o' the milk of human kindness / To catch the nearest way" (1.5.15,16). She develops the plan and organizes the details while expecting Macbeth to merely follow her orders. This becomes evident when she says to him, "You shall put / This night's great business into my dispatch"(1.5.66,67) and "Leave all the rest to me"(1.5.72). She intends to keep him under her control by making decisions for him and not allowing him to think for himself. When Macbeth becomes indecisive about her plan to kill Duncan, she labels him a coward when she says, "Art thou afeard / To be the same in thine own act and valour / As thou art in desire" (1.7.39,41). Macbeth defends himself by explaining that he is doing all that can be expected of a man and if he does more then no man shall he be, she claims that no ?real' man would back down and refuse to follow through with an act he had agreed to. After all if she had sworn, as Macbeth has to killing Duncan, she would, "While [her baby] was smiling in [her] face, / Have pluck'd [her] nipple from his boneless gums, / And dash'd [it's] brains out" (1.7.54-9). This shows more of her evil side and also labels her as more of a man then Macbeth is. This along with other harshly spoken words finally convinces Macbeth to kill Duncan and so his killing spree begins. Once Macbeth follows through with his wife's plan to murder the king he is filled immediately with guilt, unlike his wife who says, "A little water clears us of this deed" (2.2.67). After his first murder Macbeth begins to feel a sense of empowerment in his own life and he starts to take charge of his own actions. The first evidence of this is when Macbeth kills Duncan's groomsmen without Lady Macbeth's permission or consent. Upon discovering her husbands unplanned murders Lady Macbeth is so shocked that she faints. Macbeth no longer needs Lady Macbeth to make his decisions for him, he has gained the power and control, but because she made him kill Duncan he can now kill more readily than he could have without her. This is evident as he plans the murder of Banquo and Fleance and hires the murderers himself without feeling any guilt or consulting his wife at all. In fact, Lady Macbeth urges him to forget what has happened in the past and move on. She says to him, "What's done is done"(3.2.12), "You must leave this"(3.2.35). Macbeth, however, with his new sense of control, refuses to submit to her command. He goes on with his plans to kill Banquo and later decides to kill Macduff's family in the following lines; The very firstlings of my heart shall be The firstlings of my hand. And even now, To crown my thoughts with acts, be it thought and done; The castle of Macduff I will surprise; Seize upon Fife; give to the edge of the sword His wife, his babes, and all unfortunate souls That trace him in his line.(4.1.147,153) Macbeth is able to not only kill men of his own size but also women and small children, which shows how far he has come since Lady Macbeth's ?little' push to kill

The movement has been unable to form crucial coalitions and enlist other groups to further their cause. With the exception of isolated activism at a local level, the movement has stalled in their efforts to spotlight Intelligent Design. Even the isolated, local court activity is waning. The stunning case of Kitzmiller vs. Dover in Dover, PA. has garnered the nation's attention. Because of the blatant Christian agenda, and the school board's past support for creationism, the district is in jeopardy of losing the case and acquiring a 1 million-dollar legal expense bill. (Goodstein, 2005) This will only serve to chill efforts by other school boards already strapped for much needed funds. Adding to the difficulty of the movement is the perception of the public at large. As people view the movement as a fundamental extension of Christianity, the movement does not portray other, more acceptable, aspects of the group. The values that one would anticipate the group to herald are not expressed in terms of social programs or pacification of defense policies. The movement has instead made a decision to live or die on the issue of Intelligent Design.In a technological world where the importance of education and the value of science is put to the forefront, Intelligent Design reaches another hurdle.
